Warner Bros. and DC partnered with Google’s Made with Code initiative around the release of Wonder Woman to encourage girls to code. The content for the project is themed around Wonder Woman, and participants must code their way through three scenes based on the film.
Made with Code is a Google venture created to inspire girls to code and enter the computer science field. Only 0.4% of female college freshman plan to major in computer science. The initiative seeks to ensure that more girls become the creators and not just the consumers of digital content.
