Wellness Programs
Warner Bros. invests in services and education to help keep our employees healthy. Each month, we provide information to our employees about health and wellness through screenings, awareness campaigns and seminars. These one-hour seminars allow employees to gain valuable information to help address common life stressors. Subject matter experts are brought in to educate employees on topics such as aging, tax preparation, identity theft prevention, time management, parenting, graduate school programs, among many others. In addition, there are currently five in-depth recurring series covering Eldercare, Financial Education, College Admission Preparation, Information Security, and Health and Wellness.
We also offer maternity support through access to personal obstetrics nurses. (In some locations, the nurse assigned to an employee may check in with the new mother at the hospital to confirm that she has the information she needs, employee assistance, and access to mental health programs.)
Childcare Options
Warner Bros. offers on-site childcare (with limited enrollment), and a back-up care service is provided for employees’ use when their regular childcare is unavailable. The state-of-the-art Warner Bros. Children’s Center in Burbank offers high-quality child care for children aged three-months to prekindergarten and has been ranked among the top 10% of all child care facilities nationwide. In addition, all employees can participate in an assistance program that offers referral services for finding day care options and nannies.
For employees working in U.S. locations, Warner Bros. offers long-term backup and emergency care options for children and adults through their Back-up Care Advantage Program.
Adoption Assistance
Our adoption assistance program helps pay for some of the costs of adopting a child by reimbursing employees on a pre-tax basis for certain adoption-related expenses.
Fitness Center
In our efforts to assist employees in leading healthy lifestyles, employees in our Burbank location have access to the Warner Bros. Studios Fitness Center, our 10,000 square-foot, on-site fitness facility. Membership includes access to state-of-the-art resistance and cardiovascular equipment, an outdoor basketball court and a wide selection of group exercise classes including yoga and spinning.
Clean Air Club
The Warner Bros. Clean Air Club is open to all employees interested in ridesharing and other money saving alternatives to driving alone. Members play a leading role in reducing air pollution by commuting via carpool, vanpool, train, bus, bicycle or walking. These commuting alternatives also help to promote a healthy lifestyle and reduce local traffic.
Employee Assistance Program
Sometimes asking for help is a difficult step, so to make it as easy as possible, we offer confidential, short-term counseling and support for employees and household family members through our free employee assistance program. Employees can also call for help with legal and financial concerns, weight loss management or child and elder care options.
